Synopsis Carlito meets up with Captain Guillermo in Puenta Abreojos famous for its Abalone. The fishing Co-op here protects and manages all collecting of the Abalone and shares their techniques with Carlito. Then, in spite of the cold and windy weather, Carlitos takes off for a day of hunting and fishing for large 100 pound Grouper known to be in these local waters. With success after much struggle, Carlito takes his bounty back to his kitchen and prepares a beautiful fried Grouper and Abalone Stir Fry.
